(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a Mg alloy that has superior cold workability and exhibits a superelastic effect and/or a shape-memory effect. This Mg alloy has a composition that contains more than 13 at% and not more than 30 at% of Sc, with the remainder being Mg an unavoidable impurities. The Mg alloy may also contain, in addition to this composition, one or more additional elements selected from the group consisting of Li, Al, Zn, Y, Ag, In, Sn, and Bi, such that the content of the additional element(s) is 0.001-9 at% relative to 100 at% of the entire alloy.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but de fournir un alliage de Mg qui présente une excellente aptitude au façonnage à froid, ainsi qu'un effet super élastique et/ou un effet de mémoire de forme. La composition de cet alliage de Mg contient plus de 13 % atomique et pas plus de 30 % atomique de Sc, le reste étant constitué de Mg et des impuretés inévitables. L'alliage de Mg peut également contenir, en plus de cette composition, un ou plusieurs éléments supplémentaires choisis dans le groupe constitué de Li, Al, Zn, Y, Ag, In, Sn et Bi, afin que la teneur du ou des éléments supplémentaires soit de 0,001 à 9 % atomique par rapport à 100 % atomique de l'alliage complet.
(JA) 超弾性効果、形状記憶効果を発現し、冷間加工性に優れたMg合金を提供することを課題とする。Scを13原子%より多く、30原子%以下含有し、残部がMg及び不可避不純物からなる組成を有するMg合金とする。また、前記組成に加えてさらに、Li、Al、Zn、Y、Ag、In、Sn及びBiからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一種以上の添加元素を、合金全体を100原子%として、合計で0.001原子%以上9原子%以下含有しても良い。
