Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure pertains to a system configured to predict decompensation in a subject with heart failure. The system comprises one or more hardware processors configured by machine-readable instructions to receive weight information, blood pressure information, and heart rate information about the subject; determine one or more weight parameters, one or more blood pressure parameters, and one or more heart rate parameters based on the received information; and predict decompensation in the subject based on the one or more weight parameters, the one or more blood pressure parameters, and the one or more heart rate parameters. Prior art systems use weight parameters alone for such prediction. However, weight parameters alone are often not predictive of decompensation.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un système conçu pour prédire une décompensation chez un sujet souffrant d'insuffisance cardiaque. Le système comprend un ou plusieurs processeurs matériels configurés à l'aide d'instructions pouvant être lues par ordinateur pour recevoir des informations de poids, de pression sanguine et de fréquence cardiaque concernant le sujet ; pour déterminer un ou plusieurs paramètres de poids, de pression sanguine et de fréquence cardiaque sur la base des informations reçues ; et pour prédire une décompensation chez le sujet sur la base dudit ou desdits paramètres de poids, de pression sanguine et de fréquence cardiaque. Les systèmes de l'art antérieur n'utilisent que les paramètres de poids pour une telle prédiction. Cependant, la plupart du temps, les paramètres de poids à eux seuls ne permettent pas de prédire une décompensation.
