Disclosed is a counterweight (10) for a single crystal furnace, comprising a counterweight body (11), as well as a wire rope connecting part (12) and a seed crystal connecting part (13) disposed on both ends of the counterweight body (11), wherein the wire rope connecting part (12) is provided with a first through hole (121), and the top of the first through hole (121) is provided with a second through hole (122); one end of a wire rope (20) is snapped into the second through hole (122) by means of a snap assembly (30), wherein the snap assembly (30) comprises a snap member (31) and a clamping member (32), the snap member (31) comprises a first inserting portion (311) inserted into the second through hole (122) and a first stopping portion (312), and the snap member (31) is provided with a third through hole (313) in a longitudinal direction; the clamping member (32) comprises a second inserting portion (321) inserted into the third through hole (313) and a second stopping portion (322); one end of the wire rope (20) is clamped in the second inserting portion (321) by means of a mechanical force. In this counterweight structure, at the portion of the wire rope (20) connected to the counterweight (10), the length of the wire rope (20) needing to be inserted into the counterweight (10) is short, and thus the waste caused by cutting off the wire rope due to high temperature aging is reduced, thereby reducing production costs.
