Abstract:
(EN) A liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising: irradiating a substrate (31, 32) using ultraviolet light (35, 36) so that an alignment film (310, 320) on the substrate (31, 32) forms an alignment pretilt angle; injecting liquid crystal molecules (330) comprising reactable monomers between the two substrate (31, 32), wherein after cell assembly, the pretilt angle of the liquid crystal molecules (330) is a first angle value under the action of the alignment film (310, 320); and irradiating a substrate using ultraviolet light (35, 36) and applying an electric field between the two substrates (31, 32), so that the ultraviolet light (35, 36) can act on the reactable monomers, causing the pretilt angle of the liquid crystal molecules (330) to be a second angle value.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau à cristaux liquides et son procédé de fabrication, comprenant les étapes consistant : à irradier un substrat (31, 32) à l'aide d'une lumière ultraviolette (35, 36) de telle sorte qu'un film d'alignement (310, 320) sur le substrat (31, 32) forme un angle de pré-inclinaison d'alignement; à injecter des molécules de cristaux liquides (330) comprenant des monomères réactifs entre les deux substrats (31, 32), après assemblage de cellules, l'angle de pré-inclinaison des molécules de cristaux liquides (330) prenant une première valeur angulaire sous l'action du film d'alignement (310, 320); et à irradier un substrat à l'aide d'une lumière ultraviolette (35, 36) et appliquer un champ électrique entre les deux substrats (31, 32), de telle sorte que la lumière ultraviolette (35, 36) peut agir sur les monomères réactifs, ce qui amène l'angle de pré-inclinaison des molécules de cristaux liquides (330) à prendre une seconde valeur angulaire.
