Title: USE OF ORGANIC SILOXANE, AND POLYOLEFIN IN-REACTOR ALLOY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
Provided are a use of organic siloxane, and a polyolefin in-reactor alloy and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the polyolefin in-reactor alloy comprises: conducting first polymerization of first olefin monomers in the presence of a catalyst; and introducing second olefin monomers into a polymerization system to conduct second polymerization, wherein the first olefin monomer is different from the second olefin monomer, the first polymerization and/or the second polymerization are conducted in the presence of organic siloxane having a general formula of R1mSiXn(OR2)k, wherein R1 is a C2-C20 alkyl; a terminal of R1 has an α-olefin double bond, a norbornene group, a cycloalkene group, or a dicyclopentadiene group; X is a halogen element; R2 is a C1-C20 straight chain, a C1-C20 branched chain, or an isomerized alkyl group; m is an integer from 1-3; n is an integer from 1-3; k is an integer from 0-2; and m, n, and k satisfy the following condition: m + n + k = 4. The polyolefin in-reactor alloy obtained by the above method has a high cross-linking density in a rubber phase, high impact resistance, and low tensile strength at break.
