Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a use of organic siloxane, and a polyolefin resin and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the polyolefin resin comprises: conducting olefin polymerization of olefin monomers in the presence of a catalyst. The method further comprises: adding organic siloxane to a polymerization system before the olefin polymerization and/or during the olefin polymerization. The organic siloxane has a general formula of R1mSiXn(OR2)k, wherein R1 is a C2-C20 alkyl; a terminal of R1 has an α-olefin double bond, a norbornene group, a cycloalkene group, or a dicyclopentadiene group; X is a halogen element; R2 is a C1-C20 straight chain, a C1-C20 branched chain, or an isomerized alkyl group; m is an integer from 1-3; n is an integer from 1-3; k is an integer from 0-2; and m, n, and k satisfy the following condition: m + n + k = 4. The polyolefin resin obtained by the above method has higher melt strength and mechanical strength.
(FR) L'invention concerne une utilisation du siloxane organique, et une résine polyoléfinique et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation de la résine polyoléfinique comprend : la mise en œuvre d'une polymérisation de monomères oléfiniques en présence d'un catalyseur. Le procédé comprend en outre : l'ajout d'un siloxane organique à un système de polymérisation avant et/ou pendant la polymérisation d'oléfines. Le siloxane organique répond à la formule générale R1 mSiXn(OR2)k, où R1 est un alkyle en C2-C20; une des terminaisons de R1 porte une double liaison α-oléfine, un groupe norbornène, un groupe cycloalcène, ou un groupe dicyclopentadiène; X est un élément halogène; R2 est un groupe alkyle à chaîne droite en C1-C20, à chaîne ramifiée en C1-C20 ou isomérisé; m est un nombre entier de 1 à 3; n est un nombre entier de 1 à 3; k est un nombre entier de 0 à 2; et m, n, et k satisfont la condition suivante : m + n + k = 4. La résine polyoléfinique obtenue par le procédé ci-dessus a une résistance à l'état fondu et résistance mécanique supérieures.
(ZH) 本发明提供了一种有机硅烷的应用以及聚烯烃树脂及其制备方法。所述聚烯烃树脂的制备方法包括将烯烃单体在催化剂的存在下进行烯烃聚合反应,其中,该方法还包括在所述烯烃聚合反应之前和/或在所述烯烃聚合反应过程中往聚合反应体系中加入有机硅烷,所述有机硅烷的通式为R1mSiXn(OR2)k,其中,R1为C2-C20的烃基且R1的末端含有α-烯烃双键、降冰片烯基团、环烯烃基团或双环戊二烯基团,X为卤素,R2为C1-C20的直链、支链或异构化的烷基,m为1-3的整数,n为1-3的整数,k为0-2的整数,且m+n+k=4。采用本发明提供的方法得到的聚烯烃树脂具有较高的熔体强度和力学强度。
