Abstract
(EN) There is described herein a method for the electrochemical quantification of a protein analyte in sample, comprising: providing one or more electrode(s), each comprising at least one peptide attached to its surface, the peptide being the protein or a fragment thereof; contacting the sample and electrode with an antibody in the presence of a redox reporter, wherein the antibody is capable of binding to each of the protein analyte and the peptide on the electrode; measuring an electrochemical signal generated by the redox reporter when a potential is applied; quantifying the protein analyte by comparing the electrochemical signal generated with a control, wherein the electrochemical signal is indirectly proportional to the amount of protein analyte in the sample.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la quantification électrochimique d'une substance à analyser protéique dans un échantillon, qui consiste à : fournir une ou plusieurs électrodes, comprenant chacune au moins un peptide fixé sur sa surface, le peptide étant la protéine ou un fragment de celle-ci; mettre en contact l'échantillon et l'électrode avec un anticorps en présence d'un rapporteur d'oxydoréduction, l'anticorps étant capable de se lier à chacune des substances à analyser protéiques et au peptide sur l'électrode; mesurer un signal électrochimique généré par le rapporteur d'oxydoréduction lorsqu'un potentiel est appliqué; quantifier la substance à analyser protéique par comparaison avec le signal électrochimique généré à l'aide d'un témoin, le signal électrochimique étant indirectement proportionnel à la quantité de substance à analyser protéique dans l'échantillon.
