Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing an electrode for an alkali metal battery, comprising: (a) Continuously feeding an electrically conductive porous layer to an anode or cathode material impregnation zone, wherein the conductive porous layer has two opposed porous surfaces and contain interconnected conductive pathways and at least 70% by volume of pores; (b) Impregnating a wet anode or cathode active material mixture into the porous layer from at least one of the two porous surfaces to form an anode or cathode electrode, wherein the wet anode or cathode active material mixture contains an anode or cathode active material and an optional conductive additive mixed with a liquid electrolyte; and (c) Supplying at least a protective film to cover the at least one porous surface to form the electrode.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode pour une batterie à métal alcalin, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) acheminer en continu une couche poreuse électro-conductrice jusqu'à une zone d'imprégnation de matière d'anode ou de cathode, la couche poreuse conductrice ayant deux surfaces poreuses opposées et contenant des voies conductrices interconnectées et au moins 70 % en volume de pores; (b) imprégner un mélange de matière active d'anode ou de cathode en voie humide dans la couche poreuse à partir d'au moins l'une des deux surfaces poreuses afin de former une électrode d'anode ou de cathode, le mélange de matière active de cathode ou d'anode en voie humide contenant une matière active de cathode ou d'anode et un additif conducteur facultatif mélangé à un électrolyte liquide; et (c) fournir au moins un film protecteur pour couvrir l'au moins une surface poreuse pour former l'électrode.
