(EN)This method is a production method which increases the abrasion resistance of nonwoven textiles used in the automotive sector, and it is characterized in that; it comprises the operation steps of mixing (A) of two or more fibers that have different melting points, application of opening, carding, and needle operations on said fiber on the texture production (B) line, and fiber root binding in a ram drying oven (C) without the need for using any chemical substance.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication qui augmente la résistance à l'abrasion de textiles non-tissés utilisés dans le secteur automobile et qui est caractérisé en ce que : celui-ci comprend les étapes consistant à mélanger (A) au moins deux fibres qui ont des points de fusion différents, l'application d'opérations d'ouverture, de cardage et d'aiguille sur ladite fibre sur la chaîne de production de texture (B), et la liaison de la racine de fibre dans un four de séchage à bélier (C) sans utiliser de substance chimique quelconque.
