Abstract:
(EN) A method for adhering material according to the present invention, which is a method for adhering a first material body and a second material body, comprises: a spraying step for spraying melted droplets of adhesive material on a first adhesion surface of the first material body and a second adhesion surface of the second material body; a layering initiation step for forming thermal spray layers on the adhesion surfaces by layering splats, generated by collisions of droplets, on the first and second adhesion surfaces; and a connection step for connecting the thermal spray layers to each other subsequently or simultaneously to the layering initiation step.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire adhérer un matériau, qui est un procédé pour faire adhérer un premier corps de matériau et un second corps de matériau, comprenant : une étape de pulvérisation pour pulvériser des gouttelettes fondues de matériau adhésif sur une première surface d'adhérence du premier corps de matériau et une seconde surface d'adhérence du second corps de matériau ; une étape d'initiation de superposition afin de former des couches de pulvérisation thermique sur les surfaces d'adhérence par la superposition de lattes, produites par les collisions de gouttelettes, sur les première et seconde surfaces d'adhérence ; et une étape de liaison pour relier les couches de pulvérisation thermique l'une à l'autre à la suite de, ou simultanément à, l'étape d'initiation de superposition.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 재료의 접합방법은 제1재료체와, 제2재료체의 접합방법으로서, 용융된 접합재료의 액적을 상기 제1재료체의 제1접합면과 상기 제2재료체의 제2접합면에 분사하는 분사단계; 상기 제1접합면 및 상기 제2접합면에 액적의 충돌로 발생한 스플랫(splat)들을 적층시킴으로써 상기 접합면들에 용사층을 형성하는 적층개시단계; 및 상기 적층개시단계 이후 또는 동시에 상기 용사층을 서로 연결하는 연결단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
