Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a composite boiler and, more specifically, to a composite boiler in which a part of center water tubes is formed as dual tubes and the rest thereof is formed as single tubes, water is stored inside an outer tube of the dual tube and the single tube, and heat moves in an inner tube of the dual tube and along the outsides of the single tube and the dual tube such that the water, stored in the single tube and the outer tube of the dual tube, receives heat, thereby very rapidly generating hot water or steam. To this end, the present invention comprises: a lower water tube into which the water for generating hot water or steam flows; the plurality of center water tubes vertically aligned and provided at front and rear parts thereof at predetermined intervals so as to communicate with the lower water tube, and storing the water having flowed from the lower water tube; upper steam tubes in which the steam, having been generated in the center water tubes, flows in through a steam connection tube and is discharged through an outlet; and an outer housing for accommodating the lower water tube, the center water tubes, and the upper steam tubes, wherein the center water tubes comprise: a pair of vertical water tubes of which one end communicates with the lower water tube and of which the other end communicates with the steam connection tube, and which are provided to be vertical with the lower water tube; horizontal water tubes having at least two vertical positions of being horizontally provided such that the pair of vertical water tubes communicate with each other; and a plurality of connection water tubes provided in parallel with the vertical water tubes such that the horizontal water tubes communicate with each other, the horizontal water tubes and the connection water tubes of the center water tubes at one side are configured as the dual tubes, the inner tube of the dual tube of the connection water tube penetrates the horizontal water tube and protrudes to the outside of the horizontal water tube, and the center water tubes at another side are configured as the single tubes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une chaudière composite, et plus spécifiquement une chaudière composite dans laquelle une partie de tubes d'eau centraux est formée sous la forme de tubes doubles, et dont le reste est formé sous la forme de tubes simples, de l'eau est stockée à l'intérieur d'un tube externe du tube double et du tube simple, et de la chaleur se déplace dans un tube interne du tube double et le long de l'extérieur du tube simple et du tube double de sorte que l'eau stockée dans le tube simple et le tube externe du tube double reçoive de la chaleur, ce qui permet de générer très rapidement de l'eau chaude ou de la vapeur. À cet effet, la présente invention comprend: un tube d'eau inférieur dans lequel l'eau permettant de générer de l'eau chaude ou de la vapeur s'écoule; la pluralité de tubes d'eau centraux alignés verticalement et disposés au niveau de parties avant et arrière de celui-ci à des intervalles prédéterminés de manière à communiquer avec le tube d'eau inférieur, et stockant l'eau ayant circulé depuis le tube d'eau inférieur; des tubes de vapeur supérieurs dans lesquels la vapeur générée dans les tubes d'eau centraux s'écoule à travers un tube de raccordement de vapeur et est évacuée à travers une évacuation; et un boîtier externe destiné à recevoir le tube d'eau inférieur, les tubes d'eau centraux et les tubes de vapeur supérieurs, les tubes d'eau centraux comprenant: une paire de tubes d'eau verticaux dont une extrémité communique avec le tube d'eau inférieur et dont l'autre extrémité communique avec le tube de raccordement de vapeur, et qui sont disposés pour être verticaux avec le tube d'eau inférieur; des tubes d'eau horizontaux comprenant au moins deux positions verticales par rapport à une position horizontale de sorte que les tubes de la paire de tubes d'eau verticaux communiquent l'un avec l'autre; et une pluralité de tubes d'eau de raccordement disposés en parallèle avec les tubes d'eau verticaux de sorte que les tubes d'eau horizontaux communiquent l'un avec l'autre, les tubes d'eau horizontaux et les tubes d'eau de raccordement des tubes d'eau centraux au niveau d'un côté étant configurés sous la forme de tubes doubles, le tube interne du tube double du tube d'eau de raccordement pénétrant dans le tube d'eau horizontal et faisant saillie à l'extérieur du tube d'eau horizontal, et les tubes d'eau centraux au niveau d'un autre côté étant configurés sous la forme des tubes simples.
(KO) 본 발명은 복합식보일러에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 중앙수관을 일부는 이중관으로 형성하고 나머지는 단일관으로 형성하며 이중관의 외측관 및 단일관 내에는 물이 저장되고 이중관의 내측관 및 단일관과 이중관의 외측에는 화기가 이동하도록 함으로써 단일관 및 이중관의 외측관에 저장되는 물이 열을 전달받아 매우 신속한 시간 내에 온수 또는 스팀이 발생되는 복합식 보일러에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 온수 또는 스팀을 발생시키기 위한 물이 유입되는 하부수관과; 상기 하부수관과 연통가능하도록 수직되게 다수개가 전,후방으로 일정간격 배열되어 설치되며 하부수관으로부터 유입된 물이 저장되는 복수개의 중앙수관과; 상기 중앙수관으로부터 발생된 스팀이 스팀연결관을 통해 유입되어 배출구를 통해 배출되는 상부스팀관; 및 상기 하부수관, 중앙수관 및 상부스팀관들을 수용하는 외부하우징;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 중앙수관은 일단이 하부수관과 연통되며 타단은 상기 스팀연결관과 연통되며 상기 하부수관과 수직되게 설치되는 한쌍의 수직수관과, 상기 한쌍의 수직수관이 서로 연통되도록 수평하게 상, 하로 설치되는 2개소 이상의 수평수관과, 상기 수평수관이 서로 연통되도록 수직수관과 평행하게 설치되는 다수개의 연결수관으로 구성되며, 일측의 중앙수관들은 상기 수평수관 및 연결수관이 이중관으로 구성되고상기 수평수관 및 연결수관은 이중관으로 구성되고 연결수관의 이중관 중 내측관은 수평수관을 관통하여 수평수관 외측으로 돌출되며 다른 일측의 중앙수관들은 단일관으로 구성된다.
