Abstract:

(EN)The present invention relates to an integrated flame retardant insulation block used for constructing a wall of a building and a method for manufacturing the same. The integrated flame retardant insulation block comprises: a straight-line part insulation block used to construct a wall of a straight-line section; a corner part insulation block connected to the straight-line part insulation block to construct a corner section; and a cutout part insulation block coupled to the straight-line part insulation block and the corner part insulation block to adjust the interval for each section. The method for manufacturing an integrated flame retardant insulation block comprises the steps of: making a straight-line part insulation block used to construct a wall of a straight-line section; making a corner part insulation block coupled to the straight-line part insulation block and used to construct a corner section; and making a cutout part insulation block coupled to the straight-line part insulation block and the corner part insulation block in order to adjust the interval of each section.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un bloc d'isolation ignifuge intégré, utilisé pour construire une paroi d'un bâtiment, et son procédé de fabrication. Le bloc d'isolation ignifuge intégré comprend : un bloc d'isolation de partie de ligne droite utilisé pour construire une paroi d'une section de ligne droite ; un bloc d'isolation de partie de coin relié au bloc d'isolation de partie de ligne droite pour construire une section de coin ; et un bloc d'isolation de partie de découpe accouplé au bloc d'isolation de partie de ligne droite et au bloc d'isolation de partie de coin pour régler l'intervalle pour chaque section. Le procédé de fabrication d'un bloc d'isolation ignifuge intégré comprend les étapes suivantes : fabriquer un bloc d'isolation de partie de ligne droite utilisé pour construire une paroi d'une section de ligne droite ; fabriquer un bloc d'isolation de partie de coin accouplé au bloc d'isolation de partie de ligne droite et utilisé pour construire une section de coin ; et fabriquer un bloc d'isolation de partie de découpe accouplé au bloc d'isolation de partie de ligne droite et au bloc d'isolation de partie de coin, de façon à régler l'intervalle de chaque section.
(KO)본 발명은 건물의 벽체를 축조하는데 쓰이는 일체형 난연 단열 블록 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 직선 구간의 벽체를 축조하는데 쓰이는 직선부 단열 블록, 직선부 단열 블록과 연결되어 모서리 구간을 축조하는데 쓰이는 코너부 단열 블록, 각 구간별로 간격을 조절하기 위하여 상기 직선부 단열 블록 및 코너부 단열 블록과 결합되어지는 절단부 단열 블록을 포함하여 이루어지는 일체형 난연 단열 블록에 관한 것이며, 직선 구간의 벽체를 축조하는데 쓰이는 직선부 단열 블록을 만드는 단계, 직선부 단열 블록과 연결되어 모서리 구간을 축조하는데 쓰이는 코너부 단열 블록을 만드는 단계, 각 구간별로 간격을 조절하기 위하여 직선부 단열 블록 및 코너부 단열 블록과 결합되어지는 절단부 단열 블록을 만드는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 난연 단열 블록 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
