Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a syringe drive device that makes it possible to run a fluid stably into a microchannel. According to the present invention, a microorganism detection device that includes said syringe drive device is configured such that a substrate, a syringe, and an optical microscope are arranged close to each other inside a common housing. The microorganism detection device comprises: a fourth member 332 that holds a barrel 31 of the syringe; and a plunger drive unit 302 that drives a plunger 32 of the syringe relative to the barrel 31 as held by the fourth member 332. As a result, the present invention makes it possible to run a sample liquid stably into a groove in the substrate.
(FR) L’invention fournit un dispositif d’entraînement de seringue qui permet la circulation stable d’un fluide dans un trajet très étroit. Un dispositif de détection de microorganisme contenu dans ce dispositif d’entraînement de seringue, est équipé : d’un substrat ; d’un quatrième élément (332) qui est tel qu’une seringue et un microscope optique sont disposés à l’intérieur d’un boîtier commun par rapprochement mutuel, et qui maintient un corps tubulaire (31) de la seringue ; et d’une partie entraînement de piston (302) qui entraîne un piston (32) de la seringue vis-à-vis du corps tubulaire (31) maintenu par le quatrième élément (332). Ainsi, un échantillon liquide peut circuler de manière stable dans une partie rainure du substrat.
(JA) 微小流路に流体を安定的に流すことができるシリンジ駆動装置を提供する。 このシリンジ駆動装置を含む微生物検出装置は、基板と、シリンジと、光学顕微鏡とを、共通の筐体内に互いに近接させて配置したものであって、シリンジの筒体31を保持する第四部材332と、この第四部材332によって保持された筒体31に対して、シリンジのプランジャ32を駆動するプランジャ駆動部302とを備えるので、基板の溝部に試料液を安定的に流すことができる。
