Abstract:
A regenerative braking control device (10) installed in an electric vehicle that travels by driving the vehicle wheels by means of a motor (24). An operation unit (40) is provided to enable the driver of the electric vehicle to set the magnitude of the braking force during regenerative braking by means of the motor (24). A determination unit (2208) determines whether the set braking force that has been set with the operation unit (40) is allowable, on the basis of the state of the electric vehicle. When the determination unit (2208) determines that the set braking force is not allowable, a reporting unit (2210) reports that determination to the driver.
