Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adsorbent that has high adsorption efficiency, that facilitates separation and collection, and that has an iron oxyhydroxide as a main component. These adsorbent particles have an average particle diameter d50 of 10-70 μm and have an iron oxyhydroxide, and preferably β-iron oxyhydroxide, as a main component. The adsorbent particles preferably comprise a dried gel that has an iron oxyhydroxide as a main component and that is generated by means of a method that includes a step for reacting an iron-compound-containing solution with a base and generating a precipitate. The adsorbent particles are preferably obtained by crushing a solid body that has an iron oxyhydroxide as a main component, separating the crushed substance in water by means of a mesh that has 5-20 μm openings, and collecting the portion that does not pass through the mesh.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème de fourniture d'un adsorbant qui possède une efficacité élevée d'adsorption, qui facilite la séparation et le recueil, et dont le composant principal est l'oxyhydroxyde de fer. Ces particules d'adsorbant ont un diamètre particulaire moyen d50 de 10 à 70 μm et leur composant principal est l'oxyhydroxyde de fer et, de préférence le β-oxyhydroxyde de fer. Les particules d'adsorbant comprennent de préférence un gel séché dont le composant principal est l'oxyhydroxyde de fer et qui est généré au moyen d'un procédé qui comprend une étape de réaction d'une solution contenant un composé de fer avec une base et de production d'un précipité. Les particules d'adsorbant sont, de préférence, obtenues en broyant un corps solide dont le composant principal est l'oxyhydroxyde de fer, en séparant la substance broyée dans l'eau au moyen d'un tamis qui a des ouvertures de 5 à 20 μm, et en recueillant la partie qui ne traverse pas le tamis.
(JA) 本発明は、高い吸着効率と、分離、回収が容易な、オキシ水酸化鉄を主成分とする吸着材を提供することを課題とする。 本発明の吸着材粒子は、平均粒径d50が10~70μmで、オキシ水酸化鉄、好ましくはβ-オキシ水酸化鉄を主成分とする。 また、鉄化合物含有溶液を塩基と反応させ沈殿物を生成させる工程を含む方法により生成した、オキシ水酸化鉄を主成分とする乾燥ゲルからなるのが好ましい。 さらにまた、オキシ水酸化鉄を主成分とする固体を粉砕し、該粉砕物を水中において5~20μmの目開きを有するメッシュで分級し、メッシュを通過しない分を回収して得られるものが好ましい。
