Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a microscope device and an image-forming method with which it is possible to capture an image in which both the color and contrast of an object under observation, such as cells or the like, are clear. [Solution] The present invention comprises: an illumination light emitting unit (10) that emits phase-difference-measuring illumination light toward an object under observation; a transmissive display unit (22) to which is incident light that has passed through the object under observation as a result of the emission of the phase-difference-measuring illumination light; and an imaging unit (30) that detects the light that has passed through the transmissive display unit (22) so as to image the object under observation. The transmissive display unit (22) displays a pattern in which the transmission densities of light of a plurality of wavelengths included in the light that has passed through the object under observation are different.
(FR) L'invention vise à fournir un dispositif de microscope et un procédé de formation d'image avec lesquels il est possible de capturer une image dans laquelle la couleur et le contraste d'un objet observé, tel que des cellules ou similaires, sont clairs. À cet effet, la présente invention comprend : une unité électroluminescente d'éclairage (10) qui émet une lumière d'éclairage de mesure de différence de phase vers un objet observé; une unité d'affichage à transmission (22) sur laquelle est incidente la lumière qui est passée à travers l'objet observé en tant que résultat de l'émission de la lumière d'éclairage de mesure de différence de phase; et une unité d'imagerie (30) qui détecte la lumière qui est passée à travers l'unité d'affichage à transmission (22) de manière à former une image de l'objet observé. L'unité d'affichage à transmission (22) affiche un motif dans lequel les densités de transmission d'une lumière d'une pluralité de longueurs d'onde incluses dans la lumière qui a traversé l'objet observé sont différentes.
