Abstract:
(EN) A transmission system (22) is disclosed for use with a machine (10). The transmission system may have a first clutch (34) to transfer power in a first direction, a second clutch (36) to transfer power in a second direction, a brake (43), a sensor (46) to generate a first signal indicative of speed, and an input device (18) to generate a second signal indicative of a desire to shift directions. The transmission system may also have a controller (44) to cause disengagement of the first directional clutch in response to the second signal, and to cause the brake to apply retarding torque. The controller may also be configured to determine an error value based on the first signal and a target transmission system speed, to selectively increase retarding torque when the error value increases, and to selectively transfer retarding torque to the second directional clutch when a value of the second signal is less than a threshold value.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de transmission (22) destiné à être utilisé avec une machine (10). Le système de transmission peut comporter un premier embrayage (34) permettant de transférer une puissance dans une première direction, un second embrayage (36) permettant de transférer une puissance dans une seconde direction, un frein (43), un capteur (46) destiné à générer un premier signal faisant état d'une vitesse, et un dispositif d'entrée (18) destiné à générer un second signal faisant état d'un souhait de changement de direction. Le système de transmission peut également comporter un contrôleur (44) destiné à provoquer le débrayage du premier embrayage directionnel en réponse au second signal, et à amener le frein à appliquer un couple de ralentissement. Le contrôleur peut également être configuré pour déterminer une valeur d'erreur sur la base du premier signal et d'une vitesse de système de transmission cible, en vue d'augmenter de manière sélective le couple de ralentissement lorsque la valeur d'erreur augmente, et de transférer de manière sélective un couple de ralentissement au second embrayage directionnel lorsqu'une valeur du second signal est inférieure à une valeur seuil.
