Abstract:
(EN) A method and system for stabilizing properties of shape memory alloy (SMA) wires in an optical image stabilization (OIS) suspension of the type having a first or support assembly and a second or moving assembly coupled with respect to one another by the SMA wires. Embodiments of the method comprise cyclically mechanically straining and de-straining the wires by moving the moving and support assemblies with respect to one another while heat is applied to the wires. The temperature, strain, and de-strain levels are configured to cause the wires to cyclically transition between austenite and martensite phases during the mechanical straining and de-straining.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de stabilisation de propriétés de fils en un alliage à mémoire de forme (SMA) dans une suspension de stabilisation d'image optique (OIS) du type ayant un premier ensemble, ou ensemble de support, et un second ensemble, ou ensemble mobile, couplés l'un à l'autre par les fils SMA. Des modes de réalisation du procédé comprennent les étapes consistant à tendre et détendre les fils de manière cyclique et mécanique en déplaçant l'ensemble mobile et l'ensemble de support l'un par rapport à l'autre tout en chauffant les fils. Les niveaux de température, de tension et de détente sont conçus pour faire passer cycliquement les fils de la phase austénitique à la phase martensitique et inversement pendant les tension et détente mécaniques.
