Abstract:
(EN) A filtering method performed by a decoding device according to the present invention comprises the steps of: deriving a specific neighboring block of a current block so as to derive filter information on the current block; deriving the specific neighboring block and a reference block within a reference picture corresponding to the specific neighboring block; deriving the filter information on the current block on the basis of the specific neighboring block and the reference block; and filtering the current block on the basis of the filter information. According to the present invention, the overall coding efficiency can be improved by deriving the filter information on the basis of the neighboring block of the already decoded current block and reducing or removing the amount of data for the transmission of the information necessary for filter generation.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de filtrage réalisé par un dispositif de décodage, lequel procédé de filtrage consiste : à dériver un bloc voisin spécifique d’un bloc courant de façon à dériver des informations de filtre sur le bloc courant ; à dériver le bloc voisin spécifique et un bloc de référence dans une image de référence correspondant au bloc voisin spécifique ; à dériver les informations de filtre sur le bloc courant sur la base du bloc voisin spécifique et du bloc de référence ; et à filtrer le bloc courant sur la base des informations de filtre. Selon la présente invention, l’efficacité de codage globale peut être améliorée en dérivant les informations de filtre sur la base du bloc voisin du bloc courant déjà décodé et réduction ou élimination de la quantité de données pour la transmission des informations nécessaires pour une génération de filtre.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 디코딩 장치에 의하여 수행되는 필터링 방법은 현재 블록의 필터 정보 도출을 위하여 상기 현재 블록의 특정 주변 블록을 도출하는 단계, 상기 특정 주변 블록과 상기 특정 주변 블록에 대응하는 참조 픽처(reference picture)내 참조 블록을 도출하는 단계, 상기 특정 주변 블록 및 상기 참조 블록을 기반으로 상기 현재 블록에 대한 필터 정보를 도출하는 단계, 및 상기 필터 정보를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록에 대한 필터링을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 이미 디코딩된 현재 블록의 주변 블록을 기반으로 필터 정보를 도출하여 필터 생성에 필요한 정보의 전송을 위한 데이터량을 줄이거나 없앨 수 있어 전반적인 코딩 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
