(EN) The present invention relates to a quencher containing a water-soluble polymer-conjugated nanomaterial and a use thereof. The quencher containing a water-soluble polymer-conjugated nanomaterial effectively quenches the fluorescence of a fluorescent material-conjugated probe. In addition, a composition containing the quencher and the fluorescent material-conjugated probe can detect a target material existing at a low concentration, and thus can be favorably used as a composition or kit for providing information necessary for the detection of a biomaterial or the diagnosis of disease.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un extincteur contenant un nanomatériau conjugué à un polymère soluble dans l'eau et son utilisation. L'extincteur contenant un nanomatériau conjugué à un polymère soluble dans l'eau éteint efficacement la fluorescence d'une sonde conjuguée à matériau fluorescent. En outre, une composition contenant l'extincteur et la sonde conjuguée à un matériau fluorescent permet de détecter un matériau cible présent à une faible concentration, et peut donc être avantageusement utilisée en tant que composition ou kit permettant de fournir des informations nécessaires à la détection d'un biomatériau ou au diagnostic d'une maladie.
(KO) 본 발명은 수용성 고분자가 결합된 나노물질을 포함하는 소광제 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기 수용성 고분자가 결합된 나노물질을 포함하는 소광제는 형광 물질이 결합된 프로브의 형광을 효과적으로 소광시킨다. 또한, 상기 소광제 및 형광 물질이 결합된 프로브를 포함하는 조성물은 낮은 농도로 존재하는 표적 물질도 검출할 수 있어, 바이오물질 검출 또는 질환의 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 조성물 또는 키트로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
