(EN) The present invention relates to a solid insulated underground transformer and a manufacturing method therefor, the transformer comprising: a first winding wire part and a second winding wire part having a low-pressure winding and a high-pressure winding sequentially stacked therein; an iron core part for connecting the first winding wire part and the second winding wire part in a mutually bound state; a mold block made of a solid insulated material such that a gap between the first winding wire part and the second winding wire part is filled and the external shape thereof is fully shielded; and a shock-absorbing filler, which is between the mold block and the iron core part, relieves shock from external pressure and prevents the generation of a crack, in the mold block, caused by temperature and load changes during the operation of the transformer. Therefore, since the mold block made of a solid insulated material is formed such that the gap between the first winding wire part and the second winding wire part is filled and the external shape thereof is fully shielded, a separate enclosure is unnecessary, and thus the total weight and an installation space of the transformer can be effectively reduced.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un transformateur enterré isolé solide et son procédé de fabrication, le transformateur comprenant : une première partie de câble d’enroulement et une deuxième partie de câble d’enroulement dans lesquelles sont empilés séquentiellement un enroulement à basse pression et un enroulement à haute pression ; une partie de noyau de fer pour la connexion de la première partie de câble d’enroulement et de la deuxième partie de câble d’enroulement dans un état de liaison mutuelle ; un bloc de moule constitué d’un matériau isolé solide de sorte qu’un entrefer entre la première partie de câble d’enroulement et la deuxième partie de câble d’enroulement est rempli et que sa forme externe est complètement blindée ; et une substance de remplissage d’absorption de choc, qui est située entre le bloc de moule et la partie de noyau de fer, amortit les chocs causés par la pression externe et évite la génération d’une fissure, dans le bloc de moule, causé par les changements de température et de charge pendant le fonctionnement du transformateur. Ainsi, puisque le bloc de moule constitué d’un matériau isolé solide est formé de sorte que l’entrefer entre la première partie de câble d’enroulement et la deuxième partie de câble d’enroulement est rempli et que sa forme externe est complètement blindée, une enceinte séparée n’est pas nécessaire, si bien que le poids total et un espace d’installation du transformateur peuvent être efficacement réduits.
(KO) 본 발명은 고체절연 지중 변압기 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 저압권선과 고압권선이 순차적으로 적층된 제1 권선부 및 제2 권선부; 상기 제1 권선부 및 제2 권선부를 상호 결속 상태로 연결하는 철심부; 상기 제1 권선부 및 제2 권선부 간의 틈새 사이를 메우고 외관 형상이 완전히 차폐될 수 있도록 고체절연물질에 의해 형성되는 몰드블록; 상기 몰드블록과 철심부 사이에는 외압으로부터 충격을 완화시키고, 변압기 운전시 온도 및 부하 변동에 따른 상기 몰드블록의 크랙 발생을 방지하는 완충 충진제를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 제1 권선부 및 제2 권선부 간의 틈새 사이를 메우고 외관 형상이 완전히 차폐될 수 있도록 고체절연물질의 몰드블록을 형성함으로써, 별도의 외함을 구성하지 않아도 되므로 그에 따른 변압기의 총 중량과 설치공간을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
