Abstract:
(EN) The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a composition that increases the stability of a luciferin solution. The present invention provides: a method for stabilizing a luciferin solution, said method characterized in that a boronic acid derivative or a salt thereof is made to coexist in the luciferin solution; and a method for suppressing an attenuation or a decrease in the intensity of bioluminescence, said method characterized in that, when carrying out a bioluminescence reaction of luciferase using luciferin as a substrate, a pyrophosphate and a boronic acid derivative or a salt thereof are made to coexist.
(FR) Le problème à résoudre par la présente invention concerne une composition qui augmente la stabilité d'une solution de luciférine. La présente invention concerne : un procédé pour stabiliser une solution de luciférine, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'un dérivé d'acide boronique ou un sel correspondant est amené à coexister dans la solution de luciférine ; et un procédé pour supprimer une atténuation ou une diminution de l'intensité de la bioluminescence, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que, lors de la mise en oeuvre d'une réaction de bioluminescence de la luciférase au moyen de la luciférine en tant que substrat, un pyrophosphate et un dérivé d'acide boronique ou un sel correspondant sont amenés à coexister.
(JA) 本発明の解決すべき課題は、ルシフェリン溶液の安定性を高める組成を提供することである。本発明は、ルシフェリン溶液にボロン酸誘導体又はその塩を共存させることを特徴とする、ルシフェリン溶液の安定化方法、ならびにルシフェリンを基質としてルシフェラーゼの生物発光反応を行うときに、ピロリン酸塩およびボロン酸誘導体又はその塩を共存させることを特徴とする、生物発光強度の減衰・低下の抑制方法を提供する。
