Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a method for efficiently producing an sIL-2R antigen in a quantity necessary for antibody preparation, and a method for producing an anti-sIL-2R antibody using the antigen. A method for producing soluble interleukin 2 receptors including the culture of SCC-3 cells and the recovery of soluble interleukin 2 receptors from the cell culture. A method for producing an anti-soluble interleukin 2 receptor antibody including the immunization of an animal by sIL-2R produced by said method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire efficacement un antigène sIL-2R dans une quantité nécessaire à la préparation d'anticorps ainsi qu'un procédé de production d'un anticorps anti-sIL-2R à l'aide dudit antigène. Un procédé de production de récepteurs solubles de l'interleukine 2 comprend la culture de cellules SCC-3 et la récupération des récepteurs solubles de l'interleukine 2 à partir de la culture de cellules. Un procédé de production d'un anticorps anti-récepteur soluble de l'interleukine 2 comprend l'immunisation d'un animal par le sIL-2R produit par ledit procédé.
