Abstract:
(EN) When a coating film (5) is formed on an inner surface of a bottle (1) using an organosilicon compound and infrared spectroscopy is used to measure the coating film (5) peeled from the inner surface using a solvent, (Peak 4/Peak 1) is larger than 0 and not more than 2.0, and (Peak2/Peak3) is 0.75‒2.4 inclusive, where Peak1 is the peak combining the infrared absorption spectra derived from the main skeleton of the organosilicon compound and the plastic remaining from the coating film (5), Peak2 is the peak combining the infrared absorption spectra derived from the side chain (Si‒CH3) and the remaining plastic, Peak3 is the peak of the infrared absorption spectrum derived from C=O of the remaining plastic, and Peak4 is the peak of the infrared absorption spectrum derived from the side chain (Si‒H).
(FR) Lorsqu'un film de revêtement (5) est formé sur une surface interne d'une bouteille (1) au moyen d'un composé d'organosilicium et qu'une spectroscopie infrarouge est utilisée pour mesurer le film de revêtement (5) décollé de la surface interne à l'aide d'un solvant, la valeur (Pic 4/Pic 1) est supérieure à 0 et inférieure ou égale à 2,0, et la valeur (Pic 2/Pic 3) est comprise entre 0,75 et 2,4 inclus, Pic 1 étant le pic combinant les spectres d'absorption infrarouge dérivés du squelette principal du composé d'organosilicium et de la matière plastique restante du film de revêtement (5), Pic 2 étant le pic combinant les spectres d'absorption infrarouge dérivés de la chaîne latérale (Si‒CH3) et de la matière plastique restante, Pic 3 étant le pic du spectre d'absorption infrarouge dérivé de la liaison C=O de la matière plastique restante, et Pic 4 étant le pic du spectre d'absorption infrarouge dérivé de la chaîne latérale (Si ‒ H).
(JA) ボトル(1)の内表面に有機ケイ素化合物でコーティング膜(5)を形成し、溶剤を使用して内表面から剥離したコーティング膜(5)に対して赤外分光法による測定を行ったとき、有機ケイ素化合物の主骨格と剥離されたコーティング膜(5)に残存したプラスチックとに由来する赤外吸収スペクトルが複合したピークをPeak1、側鎖(Si-CH3)と残存したプラスチックとに由来する赤外吸収スペクトルが複合したピークをPeak2、残存したプラスチックのうちC=Oに由来する赤外吸収スペクトルのピークをPeak3、側鎖(Si-H)に由来する赤外吸収スペクトルのピークをPeak4としたとき、(Peak4/Peak1)が0より大きく0.2以下であり、(Peak2/Peak3)が0.75以上2.4以下である。
