Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a binder material, a cell assembly, a cell assembling method and a cell preservation method capable of providing cells with oxygen and nutrients. A binder material (15) formed as a film between a first cell sheet (11) and a second cell sheet (12) is provided. A plurality of holes (21) is formed in the binder material (15) and the holes (21) open in a first film surface (15a) that contacts one sheet surface of the first cell sheet (11). The holes (21) penetrate in the thickness direction and in a surface direction along the first film surface (15a). The porosity of the binder material (15) is set to at least 50%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau liant, un assemblage de cellules, un procédé d'assemblage de cellules ainsi qu'un procédé de conservation de cellules destiné à fournir aux cellules de l'oxygène et des nutriments. L'invention concerne en particuler un matériau liant (15) se présentant sous la forme d'un film entre une première feuille de cellules (11) et une deuxième feuille de cellules (12). Une pluralité de trous (21) est formée dans le matériau liant (15), les trous (21) débouchant sur une première surface de film (15a) venant en contact avec une surface de la première feuille de cellules (11). Les trous (21) s'étendent dans le sens de l'épaisseur et dans le sens de la surface, le long de la première surface de film (15a). La porosité du matériau liant (15) est régulée à au moins 50 %.
(JA) 細胞に酸素と栄養分とを供給することができるバインダ材、細胞集積体、細胞集積方法、細胞保存方法を提供する。 第1細胞シート(11)と第2細胞シート(12)との間には、膜状に形成されているバインダ材(15)が設けられている。バインダ材(15)には、孔(21)が複数形成されており、孔(21)は、第1細胞シート(11)の一方のシート面に接する第1膜面(15a)に開口している。孔(21)は、厚み方向と第1膜面(15a)に沿った面方向とに貫通している。バインダ材(15)の空隙率は、少なくとも50%とされている。
