(EN)Tumor growth was discovered to be significantly suppressed in vivo by inhibiting both miRNA including 5'-AACACUG-3' as a seed sequence and miRNA including 5'-AAUACUG-3' as a seed sequence. This inhibition both significantly changed the subpopulation ratios of the tumor cells and reduced the tumorigenic activity in all subpopulations. This inhibition also exerted a remarkable shrinkage effect on tumors already formed. The present invention provides a new treatment possibility for tumors.
(FR)Selon la présente invention, il a été découvert que la croissance tumorale est significativement supprimée in vivo par l'inhibition de miARN comprenant 5'-AACACUG-3' en tant que séquence de germe de miARN comprenant 5'-AAUACUG-3' en tant que séquence de germe. Cette inhibition modifie significativement à la fois les rapports de sous-population des cellules tumorales et réduit l'activité tumorigène dans toutes les sous-populations. Cette inhibition exerce en outre un effet remarquable de diminution de taille sur des tumeurs déjà formées. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle possibilité de traitement de tumeurs.
(JA)5'-AACACUG-3' をシード配列として含むmiRNA、および 5'-AAUACUG-3' をシード配列として含むmiRNAの両者を阻害することにより、インビボにおける腫瘍増殖が有意に抑制されることを見出した。この阻害は、腫瘍細胞のサブポピュレーションの比率を有意に変化させると共に、いずれのサブポピュレーションにおいても造腫瘍活性を低下させた。またこの阻害は、既に形成された腫瘍に対しても顕著な縮小効果を発揮した。本発明は、腫瘍に対する新たな治療可能性を提供するものである。
