Provided is a rotor in which magnets unable to contribute towards torque are reduced. The rotor (10) is provided with a rotor core (24) and bonded magnets (26). The rotor core (24) has core blocks (14a, 14b) and a partition core (20d) sandwiched by the core blocks (14a, 14b) in the axial direction. Magnet holes (16a, 16b, 22d) are provided to the core blocks (14a, 14b) and the partition core (20d) respectively so as to penetrate in the axial direction, and the magnet hole (22d) communicates with the magnet holes (16a, 16b). The positions of the magnet holes (16a, 16b) in the circumferential direction (K) are displaced from each other. The magnet holes (16a, 16b, 22d) are filled with the bonded magnets (26).
