Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to form a thermal insulation layer on a squish area surface on the top surface of a piston main body while preventing large cracks from occurring in the thermal insulation layer and suppressing damage and separation of the thermal insulation layer. In order to achieve this, in the present invention, the thermal insulation layer 21b on a squish area surface 12' on the top surface of a piston main body 19 is thinner than the thermal insulation layer 21a on a cavity surface 11'.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objectif de former une couche d'isolation thermique sur une surface de zone de jaillissement sur la surface supérieure d'un corps principal de piston tout en empêchant l'apparition de larges fissures dans la couche d'isolation thermique et en évitant l'endommagement et la séparation de la couche d'isolation thermique. À cet effet, selon la présente invention, la couche d'isolation thermique 21b sur une surface de zone de jaillissement 12' sur la surface supérieure d'un corps principal de piston 19 est plus mince que la couche d'isolation thermique 21a sur une surface de cavité 11'.
(JA) 本発明では、ピストン本体頂面のスキッシュエリア面に断熱層を形成しつつ、当該断熱層に大きなクラックが発生するのを防止し、断熱層の損傷・剥離を抑えることを目的とする。上記の目的を達成するために、本発明では、ピストン本体19の頂面におけるスキッシュエリア面12'の断熱層21bをキャビティ面11'の断熱層21aよりも薄くするようにした。
