Abstract:
(EN) In one aspect, a structure, a structure-manufacturing method, a cell-sorting method, and so forth are provided. In one aspect, a structure (1) according to the present invention is a structure that includes a first substrate (10) and a second substrate (20) that is placed so as to face one side of the first substrate (10), wherein the first substrate (10) has a plurality of depressions (11) that are open on the other side of the first substrate and each of which has a size that can capture a unit amount of cells; at least some of the depressions (11) have communication holes (12) that communicate between the one side and the other side, and each of which has a size that allows secretions secreted from the cells to move therethrough; the second substrate (20) can be provided with accumulation areas (13) in which the secretions that have moved through the communication holes (12) are accumulated; and the accumulation areas (13) may correspond to the depressions (11).
(FR) Dans un aspect, la présente invention décrit une structure, un procédé de fabrication d’une structure, un procédé de tri de cellules, et ainsi de suite. Dans un aspect, une structure (1) selon la présente invention est une structure qui comprend un premier substrat (10) et un second substrat (20) qui est placé afin de faire face à un côté du premier substrat (10), le premier substrat (10) ayant une pluralité de dépressions (11) qui sont ouvertes sur l’autre côté du premier substrat et dont chacune présente une taille qui peut capturer une quantité unitaire de cellules ; au moins certaines des dépressions (11) présentant des trous de communication (12) qui communiquent entre un côté et l’autre côté, et dont chacun présente une taille qui permet aux sécrétions sécrétées par les cellules de se déplacer à travers ; le second substrat (20) peut être prévu avec des zones d’accumulation (13) dans lesquelles les sécrétions qui se sont déplacées à travers les trous de communication (12) sont accumulées ; et les zones d’accumulation (13) peuvent correspondre aux dépressions (11).
