Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a conductive paste containing a filler, which includes silver powder and graphite powder, a polymer, and a solvent, wherein the 1% weight loss starting temperature of the graphite powder as measured by a thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis method is 300-640°C.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pâte conductrice contenant une charge, qui inclut de la poudre d'argent et une poudre de graphite, un polymère, et un solvant, dans lequel la température de départ avec 1 % de perte de poids de la poudre de graphite telle que mesurée par un procédé d'analyse thermique différentielle/thermogravimétrique est comprise entre 300-640°C.
