Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an electret having excellent oil repellency, resistance to oil mist, charge stability, and collection efficiency after heat treatment, it being possible to manufacture the electret using an inexpensive and simple method. There is used an electret in which polytetrafluoroethylene is affixed to a carrier, the polytetrafluoroethylene having a melting point of 35 to 320℃ inclusive, wherein the electret is characterized in that electrostatic charging is applied to the carrier and/or the polytetrafluoroethylene, the electret having two or more melting peaks in simultaneous thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. Also provided is a electret filter suitable for filter applications in which durability against tobacco smoke is required. There is used an electret filter having a fluorine-containing component supported on a fiber surface, wherein the electret filter is characterized in that, in regard to the efficiency of trapping particles of 0.3‒0.5 μm at a wind speed of 5 cm/s, the initial QF value is at least 0.5 mmAq‒1 and the rate of filter degradation by tobacco smoke load is at least ‒8/(g/m2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un électret présentant une excellente caractéristique de répulsion d'huile, une excellente résistance à la dispersion d'huile, une excellente stabilité de charge et une excellente efficacité de collecte après traitement thermique. Il est possible de fabriquer l'électret au moyen d'un procédé simple et peu coûteux. Un électret dans lequel du polytétrafluoroéthylène est fixé à un support est utilisé, le polytétrafluoroéthylène présentant un point de fusion de 35 à 320 °C inclus, l'électret étant caractérisé en ce qu'une charge électrostatique est appliquée au support et/ou au polytétrafluoroéthylène, l'électret présentant deux ou plus de deux pics de fusion dans une thermogravimétrie et une analyse thermique différentielle simultanées. L'invention concerne également un filtre à électret adapté à des applications de filtre dans lesquelles un caractère durable contre la fumée de tabac est nécessaire. Un filtre à électret qui comprend un composant contenant du fluor est utilisé, supporté sur une surface de fibre, le filtre à électret étant caractérisé en ce que, par rapport à l'efficacité de piégeage de particules de 0,3‒0,5 μm à une vitesse de vent de 5 cm/s, la valeur QF initiale est d'au moins 0,5 mmAq‒1 et le taux de dégradation de filtre par la charge de fumée de tabac est d'au moins ‒8/(g/m2).
(JA) 低コストで簡便な手法にて製造が可能な撥油性、耐オイルミスト性、電荷安定性、及び熱処理後の捕集効率に優れたエレクトレットを提供する。融点35℃以上320℃以下のポリテトラフルオロエチレンを担体に付着させたエレクトレットであって、上記担体および上記ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの少なくとも一方が静電電荷を付与されてなり、示差熱熱質量同時測定において、2つ以上の融点ピークを有することを特徴とするエレクトレットを用いる。また、タバコ煙に対する耐久性が要求されるフィルター用途に好適なエレクトレットフィルターも提供する。フッ素含有成分が繊維表面に担持されたエレクトレットフィルターであって、風速5cm/sにおける0.3~0.5μm粒子捕集効率において、初期QF値が0.5mmAq-1 以上であり、タバコ煙負荷によるフィルター劣化率が-8/(g/m2)以上であることを特徴とするエレクトレットフィルターを用いる。
