Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a cell evaluation device and method capable of suppressing missing of remaining undifferentiated cells. The present invention is provided with a first evaluation unit 1 and a second evaluation unit 2 that evaluate a cell to be evaluated wherein the first evaluation unit 1 has first and second discrimination units 31, 32 that respectively discriminate, on the basis of taken images of the cell to be evaluated, whether or not the cell to be evaluated corresponds to two kinds of cells and wherein the second evaluation unit 2 performs evaluation with different evaluation criteria than the evaluation criteria of the first evaluation unit 1 to evaluate the cell to be evaluated in cases where discrimination results via the first and second discrimination units 31, 32 conflict with each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évaluation de cellules, et un procédé pouvant compenser la perte de cellules restantes indifférenciées. Le dispositif de l'invention comprend une première unité d'évaluation (1) et une seconde unité d'évaluation (2) qui évaluent une cellule à évaluer. La première unité d'évaluation (1) comprend une première et une seconde unité de discrimination (31, 32) qui distinguent respectivement, sur la base d'images prises de la cellule à évaluer, si celle-ci correspond ou non à deux types de cellules. Et la seconde unité d'évaluation (2) utilise des critères d'évaluation différents de ceux de la première unité d'évaluation (1) pour évaluer la cellule à évaluer, dans les cas où les résultats de la discrimination obtenus par le biais de la première et de la seconde unité de discrimination (31, 32) sont en conflit l'un avec l'autre.
(JA) 未分化細胞の残存の見逃しを抑制することができる細胞評価装置および方法を提供する。評価対象の細胞を評価する第1の評価部1と第2の評価部2とを備え、第1の評価部1が、評価対象の細胞を撮像した画像に基づいて、評価対象の細胞が2種類の細胞に該当するか否かをそれぞれ判別する第1および第2の判別部31,32を有し、第2の評価部2が、第1および第2の判別部31,32による判別結果が相反する場合に、評価対象の細胞を第1の評価部1の評価条件とは異なる評価条件で評価する。
