Abstract:
(EN) A compositing technique for joining multiple original images together, with which a composite image is generated while suppressing the influence of image quality deterioration attributable to optical characteristics of an imaging system. Weights to be assigned to respective pixels of the images to be captured are set in advance in accordance with the optical characteristics of the imaging system. By using a mask M, that is, an extracted area having weights equal to or greater than a certain threshold value, a mask arrangement for entirely masking an imaging object region within a well W is determined. The multiple original images are captured using a layout corresponding to the mask arrangement, and the original images are composited after the pixels of the respective images are weighted.
(FR) L'invention concerne une technique de composition pour assembler de multiples images originales les unes avec les autres, avec laquelle une image composite est générée tout en supprimant l'influence de la détérioration de la qualité d'image attribuable aux caractéristiques optiques d'un système d'imagerie. Des poids à attribuer aux pixels respectifs des images à capturer sont définis à l'avance conformément aux caractéristiques optiques du système d'imagerie. Un arrangement de masque pour masquer entièrement une région d'objet d'imagerie à l'intérieur d'un puits W est déterminé en utilisant un masque M, à savoir une zone extraite ayant des poids égaux ou supérieurs à une certaine valeur de seuil. Les multiples images d'origine sont capturées en utilisant une disposition correspondant à l'arrangement de masque, et les images originales sont composées après la pondération des pixels des images respectives.
(JA) 複数の原画像を継ぎ合わせて合成する技術において、撮像系の光学特性に起因する画像品質の劣化の影響を抑えた合成画像を作成する。撮像手段の光学特性に応じて、撮像される画像の各画素に与える重みが予め設定される。一定の閾値以上の重みを有する領域を抽出したマスクMを用いて、ウェルW内部の撮像対象領域の全体がマスクされるような配置が決定される。このマスク配置に対応する割り付けで複数の原画像が撮像され、各原画像の画素が重み付けされた上で合成される。
