Abstract:
(EN) Present invention provide a molding element for a mold used for manufacturing a tread of a tire having a plurality of contacting element delimited by a plurality of grooves and a connecting member connecting two side faces of adjacent contacting elements, the molding element having a molding surface for forming a contact face of the contacting elements intended to come into contact with ground during rolling and a rib for forming the groove between adjacent contacting elements, at least two rib side faces forming the side faces of the contacting element, the rib having a notching portion, a guiding member made of a material different from a material of the molding element is received in the notching portion and has two opposite side faces configured to form a part of the side faces of the contacting element and a top face configured to form a part of a bottom of the axial groove, said different material has a modulus at 10% elongation lower than that of the molding element, the guiding member has a guiding slit extending from one of the two opposite side faces to the other of the two opposite side faces through the guiding member and radially from the top face.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément de moulage pour un moule utilisé pour fabriquer une bande de roulement d'un pneu comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de contact délimités par une pluralité de rainures et un élément de raccordement raccordant deux faces latérales d'éléments de contact adjacents, l'élément de moulage comprenant une surface de moulage permettant de former une face de contact des éléments de contact conçus pour entrer en contact avec le sol pendant la conduite et une nervure permettant de former la rainure entre des éléments de contact adjacents, au moins deux faces latérales de nervure formant les faces latérales de l'élément de contact, la nervure comprenant une partie d'encoche, un élément de guidage composé d'un matériau différent d'un matériau de l'élément de moulage étant reçu dans la partie d'encoche et présentant deux faces latérales opposées configurées pour former une partie des faces latérales de l'élément de contact et une face supérieure configurée pour former une partie d'un fond de la rainure axiale, ledit matériau différent présentant un module à 10 % d'allongement inférieur à celui de l'élément de moulage, l'élément de guidage comprenant une fente de guidage s'étendant de l'une des deux faces latérales opposées à l'autre des deux faces latérales opposées à travers l'élément de guidage et radialement à partir de la face supérieure.
