(EN)The purpose of the present invention is to improve handover success rates. Provided is a communication system, comprising a base station and a mobility management device. The mobility management device comprises a first receiving means which receives information of the velocity of a mobile terminal based on measurement information which is obtained by a Minimization of Driving Test (MDT), and a first transmission means which transmits a message which contains the velocity information to the base station. The base station comprises a second receiving means which receives the message which contains the velocity information, and a control means which carries out a handover control on the basis of the received velocity information.

La présente invention concerne un système de communication comprenant une station de base et un dispositif de gestion de mobilité. Le dispositif de gestion de mobilité comprend un premier moyen de réception qui reçoit des informations sur la vitesse d'un terminal mobile sur la base d’informations de mesure qui sont obtenues par une minimisation de test de commande (MDT), et un premier moyen de transmission qui transmet un message qui contient les informations de vitesse à la station de base.
