Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides, as a rubber composition for hoses with improved adhesion with wire while maintaining rubber characteristics, a rubber composition for hoses characterized by comprising acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) as a rubber component and further comprising sulfur, a thiuram compound and hydrotalcite, the hydrotalcite content being at most five parts by mass to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, en tant que composition de caoutchouc pour tuyaux souples ayant une adhérence améliorée avec les fils tout en conservant les caractéristiques du caoutchouc, une composition de caoutchouc pour tuyaux souples caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend du caoutchouc acrylonitrile-butadiène (NBR) en tant que constituant de caoutchouc et en ce qu'elle comprend en outre du soufre, un composé de thiurame et de l'hydrotalcite, la teneur en hydrotalcite étant au maximum égale à 5 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse du constituant de caoutchouc.
(JA) 本発明は、ゴム特性を保ちつつ、ワイヤーとの接着性を向上させたホース用ゴム組成物として、ゴム成分として、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)を含み、更に、硫黄と、チウラム系化合物と、ハイドロタルサイトと、を含み、前記ハイドロタルサイトの含有量が、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して5質量部以下であることを特徴とするホース用ゴム組成物を提供する。
