Abstract:
(EN) A solar cell module is provided with a plurality of solar cells 10. A plurality of finger electrodes 30 for a first electrode are arranged on the main surface of a semiconductor substrate 50 of the solar cells 10. In addition, a bus bar electrode 32 for the first electrode is arranged on the main surface of the semiconductor substrate 50 and is connected to the plurality of finger electrodes 30 for the first electrode. The bus bar electrode 32 for the first electrode extends from the semiconductor substrate 50 toward an adjacent separate solar cell 10. The part arranged on the main surface of the semiconductor substrate 50 and the part extending from the semiconductor substrate 50 in the bus bar electrode 32 for the first electrode are formed integrally.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module solaire qui comprend une pluralité de cellules solaires (10). Une pluralité d'électrodes de doigt (30) pour une première électrode sont disposées sur la surface principale d'un substrat semi-conducteur (50) des cellules solaires (10). En outre, une électrode de barre omnibus (32) pour la première électrode est disposée sur la surface principale du substrat semi-conducteur (50) et est connectée à la pluralité d'électrodes de doigt (30) pour la première électrode.
