Abstract:
(EN) It has been discovered that torque ripples can be reduced by adopting a shape such that: the width of a shoe connection formed on the stator of a permanent magnet motor is less than or equal to the thickness of core pieces constituting a stator core; and a relationship 0.7 ≤ Wm/(Tm × Gm) ≤ 3.3 is satisfied, where Wm is the length of the long side of a flat plate-shaped permanent magnet buried in the rotor, Tm is the length of the short side of the permanent magnet, and Gm is the maximum distance from the outer circumference of the rotor to the permanent magnet.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, il a été découvert que des ondulations de couple peuvent être réduites en adoptant une forme telle que : la largeur d'une connexion de pièces coulissantes formée sur le stator d'un moteur à aimants permanents est inférieure ou égale à l'épaisseur de pièces de noyau constituant un noyau de stator ; et une relation 0,7 ≤ Wm/(Tm × Gm) ≤ 3,3 est satisfaite, où Wm est la longueur du côté long d'un aimant permanent en forme de plaque plate enfoncé dans le rotor, Tm est la longueur du côté court de l'aimant permanent et Gm est la distance maximale entre la circonférence externe du rotor et l'aimant permanent.
(JA) 永久磁石モータの固定子に形成されたシュー接続幅が固定子鉄心を構成するコア片の厚み以下であり、回転子に埋設された平板形状の永久磁石の長辺の長さWm、短辺の長さTm、前記回転子外周から前記永久磁石までの最大距離Gmとした時に、0.7≦Wm/(Tm×Gm)≦3.3なる関係を満たす形状とすることで、トルクリップルを低減できることを見出した。
