Abstract:
(EN) A method of analysis is disclosed comprising providing a sample on an insulating substrate such as a petri dish (4) and contacting e.g. the rear surface of the insulating substrate with a first electrode (9). The method further comprises contacting the sample with a second electrode (2) and applying an AC or RF voltage to the first and second electrodes (9,2) in order to generate an aerosol from the sample.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'analyse consistant à fournir un échantillon sur un substrat isolant, tel qu'une boîte de Pétri (4), et à mettre en contact, par exemple, la surface arrière du substrat isolant avec une première électrode (9). Le procédé consiste en outre à mettre en contact l'échantillon avec une seconde électrode (2) et à appliquer une tension CA ou RF sur les première et seconde électrodes (9, 2) afin de générer un aérosol à partir de l'échantillon.
