Abstract:
A method for preparing a modified BDD (boron doped diamond) substrate, the method comprising the steps of: providing a BDD substrate as a working electrode of a CV (Cyclic Voltammetry) electrochemical cell; applying diazonium salt of aminobenzoic acid onto a surface of the BDD substrate; and applying an AC scanning signal to the working electrode to obtain an organic layer comprising carboxyl groups, immobilized on the BDD substrate. A computer- implemented system and method for monitoring pathogens based on geolocation data from users is also disclosed.
