Abstract:
(EN) The invention pertains to a non-reactive hot-melt adhesive comprising - 10-90 wt.%, calculated on the weight of the adhesive, of amorphous thermoplastic resin which is compatible with polylactic acid, - 10-90 wt.%, calculated on the weight of the adhesive, of a polylactic acid polymer unit (PLAU) selected from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLAU) and poly-D-lactic acid (PDLAU), the unit having a number average molecular weight of at least 0.75 kg/mo1, and - 0.5-20 wt.%, preferably 1-10 wt.%, calculated on the weight of the first PLAU, of a second polylactic acid polymer unit (PLAU) selected from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLAU) and poly-D-lactic acid (PDLAU), the unit having a number average molecular weight of at least 0.75 kg/mol, wherein when the first PLAU is PLLAU, the second PLAU is PDLAU and when the first PLAU is PDLAU, the second PLAU is PLLAU. The non-reactive hot-melt according to the invention has desirable properties. It combines, int.al., a good adhesive performance with a good storage stability resulting from a low cold-flow, and a short set time.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un adhésif thermofusible non réactif comprenant de 10 à 90 % en poids,comme calculé sur le poids de l'adhésif, de résine thermoplastique amorphe qui est compatible avec l'acide polylactique, de 10 à 90 % en poids,comme calculé sur le poids de l'adhésif, d'un motif polymère d'acide polylactique (PLAU) choisi parmi l'acide poly-L-lactique (PLLAU) et l'acide poly-D-lactique (PDLAU), ledit motif présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre au moins égal à 0,75 kg/mol, et de 0,5 à 20 % en poids,de préférence de 1 à 10 % en poids,comme calculé sur le poids du premier PLAU, d'un second motif polymère d'acide polylactique (PLAU) choisi parmi l'acide poly-L-lactique (PLLAU) et l'acide poly-D-lactique (PDLAU), ledit motif présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre au moins égal à 0,75 kg/mol, dans lequel lorsque le premier PLAU est le PLLAU, le second PLAU est le PDLAU et lorsque le premier PLAU est le PDLAU, le second PLAU est le PLLAU. L'adhésif thermofusible non réactif selon l'invention présente des propriétés utiles. Il combine, entre autres, de bons résultats en matière d'adhésion avec une bonne stabilité au stockage résultant d'un faible écoulement à froid, et son temps de prise est court.
