Abstract:
(EN) There is indicated a process and a plant for the continuous conversion of a hydrocarbonaceous feed gas into a synthesis gas comprising carbon monoxide and hydrogen, wherein the H2/CO molar ratio of the product gases can be varied within a wide range. According to the invention this is achieved in that at least a part of a gas rich in methane obtained during the fractionation of the raw synthesis gas, for example by cryogenic separation, is admixed to the feed gas mixture, and that in the alternative - at least a part of the H2 product gas and/or a fraction of a gas rich in hydrogen increased with respect to the normal operation of the process is admixed to the heating gas mixture, in order to lower the H2/CO ratio, or - at least a part of the CO product gas and/or a fraction of a gas rich in carbon monoxide increased with respect to the normal operation of the process is admixed to the heating gas mixture, in order to increase the H2/CO ratio.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé et une installation de conversion continue d'une charge gazeuse hydrocarbonée en gaz de synthèse comprenant du monoxyde de carbone et de l'hydrogène, le rapport molaire H2/CO des gaz en produits pouvant être amené à varier dans une large plage. Selon l'invention, cet objectif est atteint en ce que, au moins une partie d'un gaz riche en méthane obtenu lors du fractionnement du gaz de synthèse brut, par exemple par séparation cryogénique, est incorporée à la charge gazeuse mixte, et en ce que, en variante, au moins une partie du gaz H2 en produit et/ou une fraction d'un gaz riche en hydrogène, augmentée par rapport au fonctionnement normal du procédé, est incorporée au mélange gazeux à chauffer afin d'abaisser le rapport H2/CO, ou au moins une partie du gaz CO en produit et/ou une fraction d'un gaz riche en monoxyde de carbone, augmentée par rapport au fonctionnement normal du procédé, est incorporée au mélange gazeux à chauffer afin d'accroître le rapport H2/CO.
