Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a low-floor rubber tyre bogie, comprising an independent wheel pair (1), a frame (2), motor gearbox transmissions (3), a secondary suspension system, and a traction device, wherein the frame (3) comprises two side beams, two crossbeams, and two end beams; the independent wheel pair (1) comprises four rubber tyres (1-1) and four reversing transmission gearboxes (1-4), with each rubber tyre (1-1) being provided with a reversing transmission gearbox (1-4); each motor gearbox transmission (3) is mounted at the middles of the side beams of the frame (2) and comprises a motor and a gearbox, with the motor and the gearbox being designed as a whole, the motors being arranged horizontally, the gearboxes being arranged longitudinally, and moreover, the gearboxes being able to simultaneously output power to both ends; and each motor gearbox transmission is connected respectively with two reversing transmission gearboxes which are located on the same side of the motor gearbox transmission through two cardan joints. Therefore, the low-floor rubber tyre bogie enables a railway vehicle to run on a track-less road, and realizes the fully low-floor and high-streamline performance of the vehicle with the bogie.
(FR) L'invention concerne un bogie sur pneus en caoutchouc pour plancher bas, comportant une paire (1) de roues indépendantes, un bâti (2), des transmissions (3) moteur-boîte de vitesses, un système de suspension secondaire, et un dispositif de traction, le bâti (3) comportant deux poutres latérales, deux traverses et deux poutres d'extrémité; la paire (1) de roues indépendantes comportant quatre pneus en caoutchouc (1-1) et quatre boîtes de vitesses (1-4) de transmission avec marche arrière, chaque pneu en caoutchouc (1-1) étant muni d'une boîte de vitesses (1-4) de transmission avec marche arrière; chaque transmission (3) moteur-boîte de vitesses étant monté au milieu des poutres latérales du bâti (2) et comportant un moteur et une boîte de vitesses, le moteur et la boîte de vitesses étant conçus comme un ensemble, les moteurs étant disposés horizontalement, les boîtes de vitesses étant disposées longitudinalement et, en outre, les boîtes de vitesses pouvant délivrer simultanément de la puissance aux deux extrémités; et chaque transmission moteur-boîte de vitesses étant reliée respectivement à deux boîtes de vitesses de transmission avec marche arrière, qui sont situées du même côté de la transmission moteur-boîte de vitesses, via deux joints de cardan. Par conséquent, le bogie sur pneus en caoutchouc pour plancher bas permet à un véhicule ferroviaire de circuler sur une route sans rails, et confère des performances de plancher bas intégral et de profilage poussé au véhicule équipé du bogie.
