Abstract:
A photoelectric conversion module and photoelectric conversion system employing the photoelectric conversion module. The photoelectric conversion module comprises an optical energy emitting source and a photoelectric converter (35). The optical energy emitting source generates optical energy; in a preset plane, the optical energy intensity thereof has a uniform distribution along a direction of a first dimension, and a non-uniform distribution along a direction of a second dimension perpendicular to the first dimension in the preset plane. The photoelectric converter comprises multiple photoelectric conversion strip units (351) and multiple output ends (352) having mutually isolated electric potentials. Each of the photoelectric conversion strip units is arranged to extend parallel to the first dimension direction, and receives the optical energy generated by the optical energy emitting source. The multiple output ends are respectively connected to the multiple photoelectric conversion strip units correspondingly, and separately and independently output electric energy generated by each photoelectric conversion strip unit. The photoelectric conversion module sufficiently utilizes uniform illumination or illumination uniform in along a direction of one dimension, reduces electric energy loss during electric energy transmission, and has a simple overall structure and low manufacturing cost.
