Title: MAXIMUM LOADING ADJUSTABLE MAGNETIC DYNAMOMETER
Abstract:
A maximum loading adjustable magnetic dynamometer comprises a maximum loading adjustable magnetic coupling energy conversion and absorption component, a force measurement mechanical component (17), a speed measurement mechanical component, a calibration component, and others. The maximum loading adjustable magnetic dynamometer is configured to convert, by a magnetic coupling principle, a mechanical energy of a power output into a heat energy generated by an inductive eddy current loss, and subsequently, the heat energy is absorbed and taken away by a cooling liquid input into the maximum loading adjustable magnetic coupling energy conversion and absorption component, and a small portion of the heat energy is directly dissipated into air by the maximum loading adjustable magnetic coupling energy conversion and absorption component. The maximum loading adjustable magnetic coupling energy conversion and absorption component is configured to change an energy conversion and absorption limit value by adjusting a magnetic coupling space or a magnetic coupling area to simulate a corresponding operation condition, so as to achieve an object of an experimental measurement. The maximum loading adjustable magnetic dynamometer belongs to the fields of dynamometers, magnetic driving, and moving equipment, and can be classified into different types according to an adjustment method and mechanism.
