Abstract:
A GOA circuit and a liquid crystal display device, the GOA circuit comprising a potential pull-down processing circuit (101) and a plurality of cascading GOA sub-circuits (102), comprising N-levels of GOA sub-circuit (102), the potential pull-down processing circuit (101) comprising a first voltage limiting transistor (PTX), a second wave filter transistor (PTY), and a third transistor (PTN), the first voltage limiting transistor (PDX) and the second wave filter transistor (PTY), after being connected in series, being connected between an initial scan signal STV signal output end and a control end of the third transistor (PTN), a control end of the first voltage limiting transistor (PTX) and a first end of the third transistor (PTN) respectively being connected to a first power supply end (VGA), and a second end of the third transistor (PTN) being connected to a GOA sub-circuit (102). By means of the present method, damage to a GOA circuit as a result of static electricity can be effectively prevented, improving the GOA circuit stability of an entire panel.
