This imaging element is provided with: a first imaging unit having a plurality of first photoelectric conversion parts, each of which performs photoelectric conversion of light having certain wavelengths among the light incident thereon and transmits light having the other wavelengths; a plurality of lenses on which the light transmitted through the first imaging unit is incident; and a second imaging unit having a plurality of second photoelectric conversion parts which are provided corresponding to the plurality of lenses and perform photoelectric conversion of light incident thereon.

L'invention concerne un élément d'imagerie comprenant : une première unité d'imagerie dotée d'une pluralité de premières parties de conversion photoélectrique, chaque partie effectuant la conversion photoélectrique d'une lumière présentant certaines longueurs d'onde parmi la lumière venant frapper ladite partie, et transmettant une lumière présentant les autres longueurs d'onde ; une pluralité de lentilles que vient frapper la lumière transmise à travers la première unité d'imagerie ; ainsi qu'une deuxième unité d'imagerie dotée d'une pluralité de deuxièmes parties de conversion photoélectrique disposées de sorte à correspondre à la pluralité de lentilles et effectuant la conversion photoélectrique d'une lumière venant frapper lesdites parties.
