Abstract
(EN) A method of injection moulding an article, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing an injection mould comprising a plurality of mould parts defining a mould cavity of the injection mould, the plurality of mould parts including first and second movable mould parts, the injection mould further comprising an injection inlet for injecting molten thermoplastic resin material into the mould cavity, wherein the injection inlet is located in the vicinity of the first movable mould part and the second movable mould part is remote from the injection inlet; (b) disposing the first and second movable mould parts in a first configuration so as to define a first intermediate moulding cavity, in which first configuration the first movable mould part is in a first rearward position and the second movable mould part is in a first forward position; (c) injecting molten thermoplastic resin material into the first intermediate moulding cavity through the injection inlet to fill the first intermediate moulding cavity with the molten material; (d) closing the injection inlet; (e) after commencement of the injecting step and at least partly after the closing step, moving the second movable mould part from the first forward position to a second rearward position; (f) moving the first movable mould part from the first rearward position to a second forward position; and (g) moving the second movable mould part from the second rearward position to a third forward position thereby to dispose the first and second movable mould parts in a final configuration so as to define a final moulding cavity of the injection mould filled with the molten material, the final moulding cavity defining a cavity outer surface which defines the outer shape of the article to be moulded.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de moulage par injection d’un article, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) la fourniture d’un moule pour injection comprenant une pluralité de parties moule définissant une cavité de moule du moule pour injection, la pluralité de parties moule comprenant des première et seconde parties moule mobiles, le moule pour injection comprenant en outre une entrée d’injection pour injecter un matériau de résine thermoplastique fondu à l’intérieur de la cavité du moule, l’entrée d’injection étant située à proximité de la première partie moule mobile et la seconde partie moule mobile étant éloignée de l’entrée d’injection ; (b) le dépôt des première et seconde parties moule mobiles selon une première configuration de manière à définir une première cavité de moulage intermédiaire, dans ladite première configuration, la première partie moule mobile est dans une première position vers l’arrière et la seconde partie moule mobile est dans une première position vers l’avant ; (c) l’injection du matériau de résine thermoplastique fondu à l’intérieur de la première cavité de moulage intermédiaire par l’intermédiaire de l’entrée d’injection pour remplir la première cavité de moulage intermédiaire avec le matériau fondu ; (d) la fermeture de l’entrée d’injection ; (e) suite au début de l’étape d’injection et au moins partiellement après l’étape de fermeture, le déplacement de la seconde partie moule mobile de la première position vers l’avant vers une seconde position vers l’arrière ; (f) le déplacement de la première partie moule mobile de la première position vers l’arrière vers une deuxième position vers l’avant ; et (g) le déplacement de la seconde partie moule mobile de la seconde position vers l’arrière vers une troisième position vers l’avant permettant ainsi de disposer les première et seconde parties moule mobiles selon une configuration finale de manière à définir une cavité de moulage finale du moule pour injection rempli du matériau fondu, la cavité de moulage finale définissant une surface externe de cavité qui définit la forme externe de l’article à mouler.
