Provided are a failure recovery method and device. The failure recovery method comprises: acquiring key performance index information about each service processing unit in a monitored network element; according to the key performance index information, determining a failed object; according to the failed object, determining a failure recovery strategy; and sending the failure recovery strategy to a management unit in a network function virtualization system, so that the management unit conducts failure recovery using the failure recovery strategy. By means of the method or device of the present application, the problem of low precision in positioning a failure according to a heartbeat message of a network element can be solved.

L’invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de reprise sur incident. Le procédé de reprise sur incident comprend : l'acquisition d'informations d'index de performance clé concernant chaque unité de traitement de service dans un élément de réseau surveillé ; en fonction des informations d'index de performance clé, la détermination d'un objet défaillant ; en fonction de l'objet défaillant, la détermination d'une stratégie de reprise sur incident ; et l'envoi de la stratégie de reprise sur incident à une unité de gestion dans un système de virtualisation de fonctions de réseau, de sorte que l'unité de gestion effectue une reprise sur incident en utilisant la stratégie de reprise sur incident.
