Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an assembly-type composite beam comprising: a pair of web plates which have a horizontally bent upper flange on the upper ends thereof and a horizontally bent lower flange on the lower ends thereof, and which are spaced apart from each other so as to become side plates of a composite beam; a lower plate which has both ends thereof disposed on the lower side of the lower flange on the lower sides of the web plates so as to become a bottom plate of the composite beam; coupling bolts which pass through a plurality of through-holes formed on each of the lower flange and the lower plate, thereby coupling the lower flange and the lower plate; and coupling nuts. According to the present invention, a composite beam may be assembled by providing web plates and a lower plate separately and by using coupling bolts and coupling nuts, and thus the cross-section and the width of the composite beam may be variously transformed, and by moving away from member size simplification and standardization which resulted from conventional composite beam molding, a composite beam of various sizes may be manufactured, and the manufacturing method may be streamlined by means of bolts and nuts, and thus a composite beam that is optimized for a party placing an order and on-site conditions may be made.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une poutre composite du type à assemblage comprenant : une paire de plaques de bande qui ont une bride supérieure pliée horizontalement sur les extrémités supérieures de ces dernières et une bride inférieure pliée horizontalement sur les extrémités inférieures de ces dernières, et qui sont espacées l'une de l'autre de façon à devenir des plaques latérales d'une poutre composite; une plaque inférieure qui a ses deux extrémités disposées sur le côté inférieur de la bride inférieure sur les côtés inférieurs des plaques de bande de façon à devenir une plaque inférieure de la poutre composite; des boulons d'accouplement qui passent à travers une pluralité de trous traversants formés sur chacune de la bride inférieure et de la plaque inférieure, permettant ainsi d'accoupler la bride inférieure et la plaque inférieure; et des écrous d'accouplement. Selon la présente invention, une poutre composite peut être assemblée par fourniture de plaques de bande et d'une plaque inférieure séparément et par utilisation de boulons d'accouplement et d'écrous d'accouplement et, de ce fait, la section transversale et la largeur de la poutre composite peuvent être transformées de manière variée et, par éloignement d'une normalisation et d'une simplification de taille d'élément résultant de moulage de poutre composite classique, une poutre composite de diverses tailles peut être fabriquée, et le procédé de fabrication peut être uniformisé au moyen de boulons et d'écrous et, par conséquent, une poutre composite qui est optimisée pour une partie passant une commande et des conditions sur place peut être réalisée.
(KO) 본 발명은 상단에 수평 절곡된 상부 플랜지와, 하단에 수평 절곡된 하부 플랜지를 구비하며, 합성보의 측판이 되도록 서로 이격되어 배치되는 한 쌍의 웨브 플레이트(web plate)와, 합성보의 바닥판이 되도록 상기 웨브 플레이트들의 하측에서 양단이 상기 하부 플랜지의 하측에 배치되는 하부 플레이트(lower plate)와, 상기 하부 플랜지와 상기 하부 플레이트에 각각 형성된 복수의 관통홀을 관통하여 상기 하부 플랜지와 상기 하부 플레이트를 체결하는 체결 볼트 및 체결 너트를 포함하는 조립식 합성보에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 웨브 플레이트, 하부 플레이트를 별도로 구비하고, 체결 볼트 및 체결 너트를 사용하여 합성보를 조립할 수 있어 합성보의 단면과 두께를 다양하게 변형시킬 수 있고, 종래의 합성보의 성형으로 인한 부재 사이즈의 단순화 및 획일화를 탈피하여 여러 사이즈의 합성보를 제작할 수 있고 볼트와 너트를 통해 제작방법을 간소화하여 발주자 및 현장여건에 최적화된 합성보를 만들 수 있다.
